Februar Nach Vereinbarung ggf. auch etwas flexibel. 📍 Ort: Wipkingen, Nähe GZ Wipkingen * 2 Zimmer * Möbliert * Gute Lage in Wipkingen • Miete: CHF 1'690.– pro Monat Inklusive Nebenkosten, WLAN und TV. ⚠️ Wichtig zum Mobiliar: Die Möbel auf den aktuellen Bildern gehören noch dem jetzigen Mieter. Ich werde die Wohnung am 16. November übernehmen, weshalb sich die Möblierung noch verändern wird. Die Wohnung wird dir mit meinen Möbeln übergeben. Die Untervermietung wird offiziell abgewickelt. Das bedeutet, dass die Verwaltung dem Untermietverhältnis zustimmen muss. Sie erhält die Angaben des Untermieters / der Untermieterin sowie eine Kopie des Untervermietvertrags. I will move into the apartment on 16 November, so the furniture will be different from what you see in the pictures. The apartment will, of course, be furnished when you move in. Personal liability insurance is required. The subletting arrangement will be handled officially. This means that the property management must approve the sublet.
