The room
It’s a flat with 3,5 room in an old house with a little garten and a lot of space. It's a very quiet area. We have a big boxing bed with two part and the second room is currently the laundry room, so its also the possibility to make two bedroom if needed for a potential WG. The sofa in the livingroom can actually been a confortable 2 place bed. We will storage the kids stuff away.
We are looking for
A respectful quiet person who will like to live in our flat the time we will be traveling. Ideal for one person or a couple, can also been a two person WG

Binz trainstation very good connection with tram bus and train. There is many shops are only few minuts away ( Buchmann bakery, denner, lidl, Brunaupark). Also very near parc and Uetliberg living in this street doesnt feel been in the city.
