The room
The 4 room flat is located on the first floor. The room is available immediately either furnished or unfurnished. The bright room is approximately 14 m² and offers therfore enough space for a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The rent is CHF 810 per month, including wifi, (electricity, heating, and Serafe (local utility company) are only partly included). CHF 810.- is the rent if we occupy the flat as two people. Should we be welcomming a third flatmate the rent per person drops to CHF 540.- a month. The kitchen, bathroom (2 washbasins), sperate toilet (1 washbasin), living room, and 2 balconies and an attic compartment (for some storage) are shared. --- Die 4-Zimmerwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock. Das Zimmer kann per sofort sowohl möbliert, als auch unmöbliert bezogen werden. Das helle Zimmer ist etwa 14 m² gross und bietet daher genügend Platz für Bett, Schrank und ein Pult. Die Miete beläuft sich auf CHF 810 pro Monat inklusive WLAN (Andere Nebenkosten sind nur teilweise inlusive). Die CHF 810.- ist die Miete, wenn nur zwei Personen die Wohnung bewohnen. Falls wir eine dritte Person willkommen heissen, so sinkt die Miete pro Person auf CHF 540.- pro Monat. Die Küche, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken), separates WC (1 Waschbecken), Wohnzimmer, die 2 Balkone und das Estrichabteil werden gemeinsam genutzt.

I'm looking for an easygoing, flexible flatmate who is cherishing a relaxed shared living situation. A plus if you like plants since the balconies have become very green in the last three years. Cleanliness and tidiness in the common areas are most welcommed. It would be lovely to get someone with similar values and willingnes to contribute. Age wise there is no preference from my side since I was living with flatmates from 21-46 years and different genders within the last 3 years.
