The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and generous living spaces. It is very centrally located, with excellent public transport connections and plenty of cafés, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The room is available for a temporary sublet until 31 January 2027. Ideal for someone relocating to Zurich, starting a new job or looking for a comfortable temporary home. We are looking for a friendly, respectful and tidy person to take over my room temporarily until the end of January 2027. I’m currently in the process of moving out and will be taking some of the furniture with me, so please note that the photos show the apartment before the move and some items may no longer be there. Ideally, we’re looking for someone easy-going, considerate of shared spaces and comfortable living in a shared apartment. Feel free to reach out with a little introduction about yourself and your preferred move-in date!
About us
You would be sharing the apartment with a friendly, easy-going professional in his late 30s. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and respectful, with a good balance between privacy and socialising. I’m currently moving out, which is why my room is becoming available for a temporary sublet.
