Hallo! Ich bin Ludovica, komme aus Italien und muss mein Zimmer in unserer schönen WG leider verlassen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche und ein tolles Wohnzimmer, in dem ihr gemeinsam Zeit verbringen könnt. Die Tramhaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Haus, und der Irchel-Campus der Universität Zürich ist ganz in der Nähe! English Hi! I’m Ludovica, from Italy, and sadly it’s time for me to leave my room in our lovely shared apartment. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and desk. The apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and an amazing living room where you can spend time together. There’s a tram stop right in front of the building, and the University of Zurich’s Irchel campus is very close by!

Wir suchen jemanden, der mein möbliertes Zimmer von Ende November bis Ende Februar übernimmt. Danach soll das Gebäude abgerissen werden. Die monatliche Miete beträgt CHF 601 English We’re looking for someone to take over my furnished room from the last week of November until the end of February. The building will be demolished afterwards. The monthly rent is 601 CHF.
