The room
Klein aber fein in Zürich-Wollishofen: Seenahes WG-Zimmer (865.-/Monat) ab 1. November 2026 für mindestens 2 bis maximal 5 Monate (spätestmöglicher Auszugstermin: Ostermontag, 29. März 2027). Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, bei Bedarf hätten wir aber ein Luftbett für dich (allerdings nicht besonders bequem) und es gibt einen offenen Wandschrank. Bei Interesse melde dich gerne bald bei uns und schreib etwas über dich. The room comes unfurnished, but we do have an air mattress available if you need one (it's just very mediocre in terms of comfort). There's also an open closet. We are looking for
Nur an sozialkompetente Einzelpersonen zu vermieten, für die es selbstverständlich ist, sich unaufgefordert an der Ordnung und Sauberkeit der Gemeinschaftsräume zu beteiligen. Available only to individual tenants who are socially competent and for whom it's self-evident to partake in the effort to keep the common areas tidy and clean without being told to.
About us
Du hättest zwei Mitbewohnerinnen (Anfang und Ende Dreissig), beide halb intro-, halb extrovertiert. ;-) You'd have two roommates (in their early and late thirties), both somewhere between introverted and extroverted. ;-)
