Room in a flat share in Zürich, CHF 1150

The room

A spacious room of approximately 19 m² in a very central location, in a shared flat with two other young professionals. It is available from 1 November. The room can be taken unfurnished or partially furnished, as the existing furniture can be purchased. Costs: utilities are CHF 50 per month, paid quarterly, so CHF 150 every three months.

We are looking for

Looking for a replacement tenant who can take over the room from 1 November. The room is shared with two young professionals aged between 24 and 26. Looking for someone easygoing and respectful, who enjoys a sociable flat while leaving everyone their own space. The room can be taken unfurnished or partially furnished, as the existing furniture can be purchased if you wish to keep some of it. Viewings are by appointment, in person or online. If you are interested, please send me a short introduction: a few lines about yourself and what you do in Zurich.

About us

You would be living with two flatmates: Rasmus is German, originally from Berlin but now based in Zurich, and works as a doctor. He is a great guy, he swims, and if you ask him, he is more than happy to tell you all about his day. Gianmarco is Italian and works at a mid-sized marketing consultancy. He moved to Zurich about two years ago and plays football. He seems to have friends everywhere, and he cooks really healthy dishes. Everyone has their own space, but the flat is definitely lived in. In the evenings and on weekends the vibe is very convivial, and we sometimes play volleyball. We usually speak English, as one flatmate is German.
