The room
An unfurnished room in a 3.5 room apartment is free. The room is around 15sqm. A single bed, desk, and several side table could be provided. The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has no dishwasher, but there are microwave, extra freezer space, and some shared kitchen utensils. There is no living room, but it is possible to eat in the kitchen. Laundry is shared with the whole building. The apartment is 10 minutes walkto Banhof Seebach, and is also very close to Oerlikon. There is bus 40 and 75 nearby. There are a lot of groceries shopping options within 15 mins walk. Wifi, electricty, and Serafe is not included as part of the rent.
We are looking for
We are looking for a person around 25-35 to stay in this room. Ideally, you are clean, tidy, respectful, and appreciate a peaceful atmosphere at home :)
About us
