I am looking for
A clean, permanent room from October or November (Oerlikon, Unterstrass, or Altstetten preferred). I am after a grounded, low-stress flat where everyone does their own thing during the week, keeps the place tidy, and catches up naturally over coffee or food without forcing a social agenda.
About me
Ansh (22), Master’s in Informatics at UZH, non-smoker, and fully WOKO/JUWO eligible. My weekly routine: lectures at UZH BIN, gym, reading, and working through bags of coffee beans. What to expect from me: zero mess left in the sink, no loud drama, and basic respect for shared cookware (no metal forks scraping the pans). Reliable with rent and easy to live with. Already living in Zurich, so I can drop by spontaneously anytime.
