The room
It's a corner room with two windows and quite spacious. Included furniture: a wardrobe, a large bookcase, a desk, a small chair and a mirror. On top of that I bought a fan, a heater and a proper desk chair — they stay in the room during the sublet, and if you take the room over permanently I'd offer to sell them to you at a fair price. The common area is a big combined kitchen and living room, shared with 5 flatmates.
We are looking for
I'm subletting my room in a WOKO shared flat in Winterthur, available from October. Rent is CHF 629/month. The sublease starts with a 3-month contract, which is renewed every 3 months. Since this is a WOKO building, you need to be enrolled as a full-time Bachelor's or Master's student, or a PhD student, at ETH, UZH, ZHAW etc. Easy-going people are welcome to write. A few lines about yourself (what you study, when you'd like to move in) are enough. I want to find someone soon, so I'll read every message and reply.
About us
I'm an ETH Zurich Computer Science Master's student with only my thesis left, which I'll most likely do remotely. I plan to finish until April 2027, and there's a good chance the room can then be taken over permanently.
