**Room Available in Shared Purpose Flat (German: Zweck-WG)** We are offering a room in a well-appointed three-bedroom apartment featuring two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area. Please note that the room is not suitable for setting up a home office or for remote work.
We are looking for
We are seeking a responsible individual (m/f/d; both Swiss nationals and expatriates welcome) who works in the Zurich-Zug-Lucerne area and is occasionally present in the apartment. Ideally, the applicant should have their primary residence elsewhere or be a commercial representative. The individual must either be a Swiss citizen or hold a valid Swiss residence permit (B or C), or at least have a commitment to obtain one upon securing accommodation. A copy of the identification is required, and we will provide the necessary authorization for community registration.
About us
We value our privacy and prefer to maintain individual routines; therefore, activities such as cooking, exercising, or watching TV together are not part of our arrangement.
