Modern shared flat in Oberwinterthur – 16.6 m² room available near train station The room for rent is in a bright, modern shared apartment, on the uppermost (4th) floor. We’re an easygoing, international household and would love to meet you! For questions or inquiries don’t hesitate to contact us! The current tenant is moving out and has offered his furniture for sale if you’re interested. This is entirely optional, but could be a convenient way to settle in more easily. We’re looking for a friendly and considerate person to join our flat. We usually communicate in English, so it would be great if you’re comfortable with that (though it’s not a strict requirement). Everyone has their own rhythm. We study, work, and pursue our interests, but we also like to hang out together occasionally for a chat. The atmosphere in the flat is quiet and respectful, making it a comfortable space to unwind after the day.
