The room
ein 12m2 Zimmer mit Fenster in Richtung Osten in einer 4.5 Zi Wohnung. Das Haus ist von 1978, aber die Wohnung wurde in Sommer 2024 saniert und renoviert: neue Küche, neues Parkett in den Zimmern. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und gemeinsam teilen wir uns Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Balkon Richtung Westen. Ideal für ein Pendler mit neuem Job, das Zimmer ist schon möbliert, und der Vormieter möchte die Möbel im Zimmer verkaufen, für ca. 300 CHF. Anmeldung in der Gemeinde möglich. Parkplatz (draußen) für 50 CHF eventuell möglich. Velokeller verfügbar. The room is 12 sqm with a window to the east in a 4.5 rooms apartment. The building is from 1978, but the flat was fully renovated in summer 2024: new kitchen, new floor in all private rooms. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, and we share the kitchen, bathroom, living room and enjoy the balcony to the west. We are in a quiet area, and only 10 min away from the Baar train station. The previous flatmate Didier would like to sell the furniture for abut 300 CHF. We have a dedicated room for bicycles in the basement for the full house (I have 5 there!). Moreover, you may have a dedicated parking slot (outside) for 50 CHF a month.
We are looking for
Du bist 30-50 Jahre alt, Mann oder Frau, Nichtraucher/in, der/die gerne als Wochenaufenthalter hier wohnen möchte, aber minimal 2-3 Nächte pro Woche, damit wir ab und zu zusammen diskutieren können oder etwas miteinander unternehmen können. Schön, wenn du gern Sport treibst. You are a 30- to 50-year-old man or women, nonsmoker, who would like to spend here at least 2-3 nights a week, so that we can a bit talk together. Nice if you like sport. Maybe you would like to enhance our balcony with some plants?
About us
Ich bin Eric, 46, Franzose. Ich arbeite als Software Architect von zu Hause (home office) unter der Woche. Am Wochenende bin ich oft unterwegs in der Natur, entweder mit dem MTB, Rennrad oder zum Wandern. Ich reise auch sehr gerne, und war schon einiges unterwegs. Ich gebe immer gerne Reisetips.. Der andere Mitbewohner ist Aris, aus Griechenland. Er ist sehr selten da. I am Eric, 45 years old, from France. I am working as software architect remotely so always at home under the week (or completely away). During the weekends, I am often in the nature, either with one of bicycle (road or mountain bike) or hiking. I like to travel: I have visited already quite some places, and glad to share some experiences. The other flatmate is Aris from Greece who is rarely here.
