The room
ENG below! Per Mitte November wird in unserer schönen WG ein Zimmer (ca. 17 m2, unmöbliert) frei. Unsere WG befindet sich in einem Reihenhaus im ruhigen Quartier Loogarten, nahe am Grünen aber doch sehr gut an die Stadt angeschlossen. Dein Zimmer würde ab Mitte November frei und ist befristet bis Ende Februar 2027, ohne Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung! Das Zimmer ist gegen Osten ausgerichtet und ist dank dem grossen Fenster (wie die ganze Wohnung) sehr hell. Gemeinsam nutzen wir unser wunderschönes Wohnzimmer plus Küche/Essbereich, die zusammen ein ganzes, offenes Stockwerk ausmachen. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei Bäder mit Duschen und ein Keller mit eigener Waschmaschine und Raumtrockner. In der WG leben wir gegenwärtig zu viert plus ein Kleinkind. Meine Mitbewohner werden allerdings auch alle demnächst ausziehen, weswegen wir die Wohnung per Ende Februar abgeben werden. Ein weiteres Zimmer wird im Laufe des Dezembers frei. Die beiden anderen Mitbewohner/in inkl. Kleinkind werden Ende Februar auch ausziehen. Stelle dich doch in ein paar Worten vor, und ob es für dich in Ordnung wäre, dich zu verpflichten, dass du das WG-Zimmer nicht vor Ende Februar kündigen kannst. Wir freuen uns auf deine Bewerbung! A room (approx. 17 m2, unfurnished) will become available in our lovely shared flat from mid-November. Our flat is located in the Loogarten neighbourhood, close to green spaces yet very well connected to the city. Your room would be available from mid-November and is on a fixed-term tenancy until the end of February 2027, with no option to extend! The room faces east and, thanks to the large window (like the rest of the flat), is very bright. We share our cosy living room and kitchen/dining area, which together make up an entire open-plan floor. There are also two bathrooms with showers and a basement with its own washing machine and air dehydrator. There are currently four of us living in the flat, plus a toddler. However, my flatmates are all moving out soon, which is why we’ll be vacating the flat at the end of February. Another room will become available in the course of December. The other two flatmates, including the toddler, will also be moving out at the end of February. Please introduce yourself in a few words and let us know whether you’d be happy to commit to not giving notice on the flat-share room before the end of February.
