The room
A 35 m² furnished studio on the 3rd floor. The double bed is set apart from the living area by a large IKEA Kallax shelf (5x5), which gives you a separate sleeping nook and plenty of storage space. The living area has a sofa, a table with two chairs, and the kitchen comes with a dishwasher and an extra kitchen cabinet for storage. At the entrance there's a coat hanger and a shoe rack. The apartment also has its own attic storage space under the roof, accessible via pull-down stairs from the ceiling. There's a shared laundry room in the basement with two washing machines and one dryer. The apartment is only 1.5 years old including all the furniture.

The studio is suitable for 1 person. I'm looking for a tidy, reliable tenant who will treat the place like their own. Please send a short message about yourself and why you're coming to Zürich, and I'll get back to you to arrange a viewing. No smoking and no pets allowed.
About us
I'm Gabriele, 23, and I'm a student at ETH. My studio is available immediately until 31 December, with a good possibility of extension. The new tenant will have the whole studio to themselves. I'm happy to answer any questions, and I'll make sure the handover is smooth and that you have everything you need to settle in.

The flat is a few minutes' walk from the Hirschwiesenstrasse and Milchbuck tram/bus stops, with 15min direct connections to Zürich HB. Irchel Park and UZH Irchel campus are only a 5min walk away.The neighbourhood is quiet and green but well connected
