The room
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, table and a monitor. I also have a fully furnished living room and kitchen. So someone can just move in essentially..the rent is less than half of what I pay. It doesn't include utilities like internet, TV, washing machine, water and heating, so add 100CHF for that.
We are looking for
I would prefer a female, age is not a problem. I would like to talk to you to check if there is a mutual connect, and rent is negotiable based on that.
About us
I studied sustainability at ETH and now have my own startup which I am still building so I mostly work from home. For that I would be either be in my room or the living room. I moved to Zurich from India 7years ago and have been living in this same flat hence it's quite furnished by now, so I would say you don't need to buy like kitchenware or hangers but if you already have, we can make space for it together. I am always open to a conversation!
