I am looking for a new roommate to take over my room in a recently renovated shared apartment in Brugg (24min in train to Zurich HB) ROOM : furnished with bed, bed sheets, desk, chair, wardrobe, plenty of natural light and a nice view on a large pine tree. FLAT : Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, several coffee machines, fridge, induction hobs), shared bathroom ; washing machine and dryer in the apartment Location : Calm neighborhood, close to public transports, supermarkets (Lidl, Migros, Coop, Dener), and local cafes ; very close to nature and river Brugg to Zurich HB is 24min in train RENT : 900 chf all utilities included, internet and shared building expenses. Deposit : one month rent only (900 chf) Available from : 1st of November (or to be determined) The apartment has been fully renovated last winter, and the room furnitures are almost new You will be sharing the flat with 2 women, one of them being the landlady.
