Room in a flat share in Affoltern am Albis, CHF 1390
The room
BEAUTIFUL MODERN SPACIOUS ZEN WG A super modern, spacious, bright, calm, beautifully kept apartment. Your room is big and bright to have a super happy living life, unfurnished, with its own direct garden access through a glass door. You get a private bathroom, cellar storage, a storage room, and in-house laundry. Common areas are a huge, light-filled open kitchen and living room. Train station Affoltern am Albis 2 min on foot. Zürich city in 27 min. Beautiful Kanton Zug just 15 min away. Coop, Aldi, Manor, Jumbo - all around the corner. This is a family building. Quiet, residential, respected accordingly. Who I'm looking for: A young professional or student - independent, and genuinely calm and clean. Someone with their own life and rhythm, who comes home to recharge. You'd keep things clean without being asked. You'd value peace as much as I do. We coexist well, share the occasional dinner, and otherwise give each other space. Just good energy, a tidy home, and zen. Small pets considered.
