The furnished flat is located in a well-kept residential area with all its advantages. The shopping centre with Migros, Denner, hairdresser, post office, pharmacy, doctor's practice and kiosk are within walking distance. Despite its proximity to the city of Zurich, Engstringen also offers countless and extensive walking and hiking trails along the Limmat to Zurich City. Zurich's main railway station can be reached by car in 16 minutes. The motorway connection to Lucerne, Zug, Bern or Zurich is a short drive away. The municipality of Oberengstringen offers, within a few minutes walking distance, a wonderful tennis club with restaurant, beautifully situated at the edge of the forest. There is also a large indoor/outdoor swimming pool adjacent to the tennis club.
