La chambre
This bright room is approximately 18 m² and offers enough space for a bed, wardrobe, and desk. The walls have recently been freshly painted, so you can decorate the room to your liking. The rent is CHF 565 per month, including all utilities (Serafe), internet, electricity, and heating. A security deposit of 1.5 months' rent is required. The kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room, and balcony are shared. A freezer is also available for shared use in the basement, and there is some additional storage space for a few boxes. The room is available immediately, but I am flexible regarding a later move-in date.
