You would take over the 15m² bedroom from my current roommate, which has a window overlooking the quieter inner courtyard. You would have the larger bathroom right next to the bedroom, and plenty of storage in the spacious living room and kitchen. You're welcome to keep your wardrobe in the adjoining room possibly taking it over from my current roommate. Two washing machines and dryers are located in the basement and are shared with approximately two other households.
