La chambre
This room is located in a beautiful, bright apartment with an east-facing balcony. Features of the 2-room apartment: The apartment consists of two newly furnished rooms. The apartment features a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen with an oven and ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, etc., as well as a renovated bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. The laundry room with a washing machine is located in the basement, and there are two additional ones.

Our flat rate rents include heating costs as well as electricity and internet. Washing machines and a dryer are also available in the house. The cleaning of the stairwell is taken care of externally. Organization is important to us, so we have a cleaning schedule – nothing overly strict, just to make everyone feel comfortable. I'm traveling for 5 months and am looking for a reliable, relaxed, and tidy person who fits in well with us and appreciates the wonderful energy of the shared apartment.
