The room is approximately 16 m2 and is located on the third floor in the charming old part of the house, with the window facing the street. It has a built in wardrobe. The apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and in an unbeatable location. Nous sommes
We are 22 and 24 working and studying, I enjoy staying active, going to the gym, travelling, attending concerts, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I like having a friendly relationship with my flatmate, sharing a coffee, cooking together from time to time, or having an aperitif on the balcony, while also respecting each other's privacy and routines. Despite being a shared WG, the house still feels intimate and cozy. There’s usually someone around for a chat, a coffee, or something spontaneous, and we genuinely enjoy spending time together. At the same time, everyone has their own studies, work, friends, and routines, so there’s absolutely no expectation to be social all the time. Our goals is to create a home that feels relaxed, comfortable, and welcoming, rather than simply sharing an apartment.
