The room

The apartment is fully furnished and provides a comfortable, move-in-ready living space. All utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and internet are already included in the rent, so there are no additional costs. In addition, tenants have access to extra storage space and a parking spot, making everyday living especially convenient. The room is available for both short-term and long-term rental.

We are looking for

I am looking for reliable, respectful, and tidy tenants who value a pleasant living environment. Ideally, tenants are non-smokers who keep shared spaces clean and appreciate harmonious co-living.
