The room
This room is located in a beautiful, bright apartment with an east-facing balcony. Features of the 2-room apartment: The apartment consists of two newly furnished rooms. The apartment features a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen with an oven and ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, etc., as well as a renovated bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a toilet. The laundry room with a washing machine is located in the basement, and there are two additional ones.
We are looking for
Our flat rate rents include heating costs as well as electricity and internet. Washing machines and a dryer are also available in the house. The cleaning of the stairwell is taken care of externally. Life in a shared apartment is very relaxed, quiet, and harmonious – everyone does their own thing, but everyone gets along great. Organization is important to us, so we have a cleaning schedule – nothing overly strict, just to make everyone feel comfortable. I'm traveling for 5 months and am looking for a reliable, relaxed, and tidy person who fits in well with us and appreciates the wonderful energy of the shared apartment.
