The room
The flat offers plenty of shared space - a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a second, smaller living room (guest room? home office?), and a large private terrace with BBQ and stunning 360 views. The room is furnished, and the rest of the flat is fully equipped - and we can still adapt it together to make it feel like our own. Other details: - Total rent: CHF 520 (incl. all bills - Additional storage in basement - Private outdoor bicycle storage - Great location (coop and tram at the doorstep, walking distance to zurisee/niederdorf)

About us
I'm […], 35, an open-minded, respectful, and easy-going who recently moved back to Zurich and into this flat a couple of months ago. I'm an engineer by trade, working in R and D but try to keep a nice balance of sport and cultural activities in addition to work/technical things. As the other two flatmates have just moved out to study in Portugal and finally got their own private flat, this creates a nice opportunity create a new, non-'zweck' WG in the way that we want (as I'm also relatively new).
